Join Nestlé Nordics – We are looking for the Power of YOU!
Do you love supporting others to grow and reach their potential? As our Nordic Learning & Development Manager (Parental Leave Cover), you will drive impactful learning initiatives and support a strong growth culture across the Nordic region. Working closely with our leaders and HR Business Partners, you will help ensure that our people have the skills and mindset they need to thrive and succeed – today and in the future.
Working at Nestlé: As the largest food and beverage company in the world, Nestlé offers a diverse range of products with a primary focus on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is not just a workplace; it is a community where your uniqueness matters. We celebrate diversity and value every aspect of you, creating a culture that encourages growth, celebrates differences, and offers endless opportunities.
Your Job:
As our Nordic Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Nestlé’s capability-building agenda across the Nordic market, covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will partner closely with our HR Business Partners, leaders, and global/regional Learning & Development (L&D) teams to strengthen our learning culture and support organizational development. Ultimately, you will ensure that our people have the skills, tools, and support they need to grow, perform, and succeed in a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development Strategy & Execution: Lead the Nordic L&D agenda by identifying capability needs and delivering impactful learning solutions and programs.
- Facilitate Workshops & Trainings: Deliver trainings across a broad range of topics – from presentation skills and storytelling to coaching and team workshops – as well as digital-focused sessions such as Generative AI, PowerPoint, and virtual facilitation.
- People & Performance Processes: Support the global introduction of the new “Performance, Potential & Development” process by leading the Nordic rollout, ensuring effective communication and training for all people leaders and employees, using existing materials.
- Learning Systems & Data Insights: Ensure effective use of learning and performance systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) and support data-driven decision‑making.
- Regional Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong collaboration with Zone Europe L&D and manage external training partners and vendor contracts.
Please note that this is a
Parental Leave Cover and thus a temporary position, limited to a year from April/May 2026, however, with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the contract.
The Courage to Be YOU: At Nestlé Nordics, we encourage you to embrace your authenticity. When you bring your whole self to work, you unleash your full potential.
We Are Looking For:
To both thrive and be successful in this role, you…
- Hold a relevant educational background and preferably have experience working in a similar role within a multinational or Nordic environment.
- Can facilitate trainings and communicate effectively in English. A Nordic language on top of this is a plus, but not a must.
- Have at least 3 years of experience facilitating trainings or workshops (both face‑to‑face and virtual) and can deliver impactful, activity‑based learning experiences in‑house using existing course material.
- Are an enthusiastic user of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and enjoy running activity‑based trainings that encourage everyday use of Generative AI across the organization.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate easily with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Have experience with Talent & Learning platforms such as SuccessFactors or Cornerstone, and with working on training‑related data.
- Understand when to work in the operational details (systems, data, mandatory trainings, planning, etc.) and when to shift to a strategic perspective (e.g., identifying the learning experiences the business needs to reach its goals).
