Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000, plus yearly bonus
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to join our HR Service Center team as Manager, Learning & Change Management. This leader is responsible for designing and executing integrated talent and learning strategies that accelerate growth; building organizational capability; and driving change management to support Quest’s employees.
The position is remote and may be based in the US, with a preference for those within range of a Quest hub location.
Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Lead the learning, development and change management team for the HR Operations organization
- Use modern instructional design and digital-first learning methods to design and deliver a holistic learning strategy of both HRSC operational processes and customer-facing HR technology enhancements
- Create programs to support development of HR Share Service talent, including cross training, mentorship, and upskilling programs
- Drive improvements through employee experience and resources (Tier 0/Tier 1) support based on regular data insights analysis
- Champion a culture of learning, growth, and agility while identifying skill gaps within the HRSC
- Identify present and future learning and development needs by conducting needs analysis, and develop plans to address these needs
- Continually refine and improve learning and development curriculum based on feedback from customers and training evaluations
- Own the internal knowledge base and ensure resources are available for new processes and timely updates are made for process changes
Change Management
- Manage end-to-end change management initiatives for the HR Operations organization
- Conduct change impact assessments for both HR and employee processes to continuously improve employee experience
- Identify needed employee resources for changes in HR technologies and processes, including training and office hour sessions, quick reference guides, video tutorials, e-learnings, etc.
- Create and facilitates training sessions for both the HR Shared Service team and the large-scale employee/leadership population
- Partner with Corporate Communications team to ensure a thorough, multi-channel communications strategy is in place for all change initiatives
- Work with HR Shared Service and Center of Excellence leadership to create sustainable employee support models for all major operational changes
- Coordinate Hypercare support with technology and functional stakeholders
- Inspire employees to embrace change, simplify workflows, and build resilience during transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or Instructional Design
- ASTD, CPLP, or other certification in instructional design, technical writing, and/or classroom delivery preferred
- 5+ years of Learning and Development experience
- 2+ years in directly leading Change Management initiatives
- 2+ years of direct people leadership
- Proven ability to lead learning strategies in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving contexts
- Demonstrated growth mindset, agility, and resilience, with a focus on enabling teams to move faster and adapt continuously
- Strong facilitation, content design, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
