About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Learning & Development Executive position to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage and coordinate all Learning & Development administrative and operational activities for the property, ensuring effective execution of training initiatives aligned with property needs and corporate standards.
- Support the implementation of learning programs and administer learning systems and platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and effective delivery across all departments.
- Support Learning Needs Analysis, performance reviews, learning audits, and succession planning processes, contributing to data analysis and action plans that strengthen talent development.
- Act as the main point of reference for interns and trainees, coordinating internship programs, participating in job fairs and educational events when required, ensuring compliance with individual training plans, and supporting their learning and development journey.
- Provide ongoing L&D support to Heads of Department in the establishment and follow-up of team development and succession plans, while promoting a strong learning culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the property.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or HR, ideally within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
- Experience supporting training programs, performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Comfortable working with learning management systems and Microsoft Office.
- High level of English, with strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
