We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that support talent development and business growth across our international operations. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong instructional design capabilities, and a deep passion for enabling employee development at all levels.
Your Impact
Learning Strategy & Analysis
- Global Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver scalable L&D programs (in-person, virtual, and blended) to meet global business and employee development needs.
- Conduct global learning needs assessments in collaboration with People/HR Operations teams, business leaders, and regional teams.
- Design and report monthly training activites
- Lead, coach and motivate team colleague
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement by tracking,analyzing, and report on learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
- Partner with global and regional HR teams, department leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure programs align with business goals and cultural nuances.
- Manage external training providers and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with company standards.
- Conduct learning needs analyses in partnership with regional and functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with business leaders and Performance Management Specialist to develop learning interventions that address performance and capability gaps.
- Use metrics and insights to continuously improve learning offerings and delivery.
Learning Design & Content Development:
- Create engaging learning content using a variety of formats (e-learning, workshops, job aids, microlearning, etc.) aligned with adult learning principles and modern instructional design best practices.
- Support the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and utilisation of Amouage Academy learning platform; track and report learning metrics.
- Design, launch, and manage a structured Leadership Development Program targeting high-potential employees, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
- Design, launch, and manage a structured Nationalisation Program targeting national talent development in Oman and UAE.
- Design, launch, and manage a structured early and graduate Career Program targeting internships & Apprenticeships for entry level talent.
- Collaborate with HR Operations team and senior leaders to define leadership competencies and success profiles aligned with organisational values and culture.
- Design and launch TTT program, and coltivate a Training and Learning Culture targeting high-potential employees into Supervisory and mid-level management.
- Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and development labs to enhance leadership capability.
- Evaluate program impact using feedback, performance metrics, and behavioral change outcomes.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with Global VP of HR to design and implement Learning & Development strategies and training programs
- Administration and monitoring support for yearly compliance programs
- Ensure consistent learning experiences and messaging across all regions while allowing for local adaptation as needed.
- Support leadership development, onboarding, career pathing, and performance enablement initiatives globally.

Your Expertise
- Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technology tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday Learning).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational organisation
- Certification in instructional design, coaching, or learning facilitation
- Experience with digital learning tools and content authoring (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, global environment.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic advantageous (any additional languages a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Coaching qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
