Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
The Organization Effectiveness Leader will report to the CHRO, and is the principal architect and owner of the enterprise-wide talent management strategy and philosophy. This leader is accountable for setting a bold vision and driving the execution of market-leading talent management practices—including leadership development, performance management, and the overall talent management philosophy. This role ensures that all talent and organizational development programs are not only aligned with business strategy and culture, but also set the benchmark for excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise full ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s talent management strategy, ensuring it is innovative, data-driven, and positions the company as a market leader in talent practices.
- Lead a high-performing team of learning and talent development professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, expertise, and continuous growth.
- Develop and champion a leadership development strategy that not only aligns with SCAH’s mission, vision, and values, but also anticipates future business needs and industry trends.
- Deploy enterprise learning programs across all modalities (in-person, online, hybrid), ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and recognized as industry-leading.
- Establish a comprehensive and on-going listening strategy internally and externally that elevates the employee value proposition and brand of becoming an employer of choice.
- Rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of all talent and learning initiatives using advanced analytics, EXI data, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on talent management, providing thought leadership and guidance to senior business and HR leaders, and ensuring seamless integration of talent strategies into broader business objectives, inclusive of performance management, talent management, and learning processes.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive business experience with demonstrated market-leading expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop teams and senior leaders in complex, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, consulting, and coaching skills, with a track record of creating and implementing custom solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results through others.
