TA & Learning Specialist
The challenge
The TA & Learning Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent, as well as designing and implementing effective learning and development programs to foster employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities within Haier Europe.l
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Candy Hoover Group Srl as an employer of choice.
- **Learning & Development:**
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and materials (e.g., e-learning modules, presentations, job aids).
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
- Research and recommend new learning technologies and methodologies.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive integration into the company.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a culture of continuous learning and development.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a combined Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a significant plus.
