We are seeking a hands-on, KPI-driven Learning & Development Manager to lead learning initiatives across our corporate functions and licensed entities. This role is responsible for building structured learning strategies, developing curricula, and delivering data-driven development programs that directly support business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a KPI-driven learning strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs
• Design, implement, and manage learning plans, curricula, and development frameworks across corporate and licensee operations
• Define and track learning KPIs to measure training effectiveness, performance improvement, and business impact
• Analyze learning data and performance indicators to continuously improve training outcomes
• Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into targeted learning solutions
• Manage and optimize L&D systems, platforms, and learning technologies
• Collaborate closely with departments leaders and external training partners to deliver results-driven learning programs
• Stay updated on modern learning trends, tools, and digital learning methodologies
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, MIS, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Proven experience in developing learning strategies, training plans, and curricula.
• Strong understanding of learning KPIs, metrics, and performance measurement
• Hands-on experience with L&D systems and learning platforms
• Experience in the food industry & QSR restaurants and multi-entity / licensee environments is highly preferred
