Role Purpose
As the Learning, Development & Culture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at HFM. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning programs while fostering a high-performance culture. Reporting directly to the L&D and Culture Manager, you will act as a bridge between organizational strategy and individual growth, ensuring our global team remains competitive and engaged in this fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training needs analysis across departments to identify skills gaps and growth opportunities.
- Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshop presentations, and instructional guides tailored to a global audience.
- Coordinate, organize and administer various learning and development interventions both internal and external, including physical and online training workshops.
- Ensure onboarding programs and professional development workshops are executed.
- Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring content is updated, tracked, and accessible.
- Help embed HFM’s core values into the daily employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
- Assist in the administration and execution of engagement surveys and work with the Manager to implement action plans based on feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of culture-building initiatives, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Contribute to initiatives that ensure a sense of belonging for all staff members.
- Assist in identifying high-potential talent and mapping out their growth trajectories within the firm.
- Track the ROI of L&D and Culture initiatives using KPIs such as employee retention, promotion rates, and training satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of a culture of continuous learning through the design and rollout of engaging learning initiatives and activities.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in L&D, HR, or Organizational Development, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and content creation tools.
- A hands-on professional with a strong doer mindset, focused on delivering results and supported by a solid understanding of project management.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A "people-first" approach with a passion for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving
