The Role
We’re looking for a Psychology & Learning Specialist to take ownership of the clinical governance, psychological quality, and applied learning that underpin Plumm’s wellbeing, learning, and people offering.
You will act as Plumm’s subject matter expert in psychology and learning, with accountability for ensuring that all psychology-led content, interventions, and products are ethical, evidence-based, and grounded in strong clinical, organisational, and behavioural science principles.
The role works across product, content, and client-facing work and is highly visible, influential, and impact-driven.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Quality & Governance
- Own and maintain clinical and ethical standards across Plumm’s wellbeing, therapy, and learning offering
- Ensure psychological content and interventions are safe, evidence-based, and high quality
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance across Plumm’s therapist and wellbeing ecosystem
- Act as the internal authority on psychological risk, quality, and governance
Learning, Content & Product
- Design and deliver psychology-led courses and learning journeys for Plumm’s LMS
- Create scalable learning content across wellbeing, resilience, performance, leadership, and change
- Embed organisational psychology and behavioural science into Plumm’s HR and people platform
- Partner with product teams to translate psychological insight into practical, scalable features
- Use AI tools to support efficient, high-quality content creation
Client & Commercial Engagement
- Support client, partner, and sales conversations with credible psychology and learning expertise
- Confidently articulate the psychological and organisational value of Plumm’s offering
- Translate wellbeing and learning outcomes into clear business and people impact
Internal Organisational Psychology
- Apply organisational psychology principles to support Plumm’s culture, engagement, and ways of working
- Partner with internal HR/People teams on employee experience and development initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Organisational Psychology (MSc preferred)
- Strong exposure to clinical or counselling psychology, with applied experience in quality or governance
- Experience across workplace wellbeing, learning & development, or people development
- Comfortable operating autonomously with ownership and accountability
- Confident acting as a trusted subject matter expert
- Curious and pragmatic, with comfort using AI tools
- Commercially aware, able to connect psychology to business and people outcomes
