We’re looking for an organised and detail‑driven
Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team and support the delivery of Knovia’s learning strategy across the Group.
Position:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Remote based position
In this role, you’ll ensure colleagues have access to the right training at the right time and that the L&D function operates efficiently, accurately, and professionally. You’ll work closely with the Head of L&D and wider team to manage our Learning Management System (Litmos), coordinate learning events, and support initiatives that help build capability across Knovia.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate learning records, certifications, and development plans
- Managing the L&D inbox and triaging queries
- Scheduling and assigning learning via Litmos, including workshops and e‑learning
- Creating, updating, and tracking learning pathways and courses
- Running LMS reports and supporting L&D analytics, dashboards, and board reporting
- Producing and maintaining skills matrices for professional qualifications
- Supporting onboarding by assigning and monitoring mandatory training
- Coordinating materials, bookings, attendance lists, and communications
- Assisting with the design and delivery of learning initiatives
- Gathering and analysing learner feedback and evaluation data
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
- Providing administrative support for the wider L&D team
- Supporting project work such as learning needs analysis or new training rollouts
- Promoting learning opportunities across Knovia
Requirements:
Qualifications
- GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- CIPD Level 3 in L&D, or commitment to working towards it
- LMS or training administration certification beneficial
Experience
- Strong administrative background, ideally within HR or L&D
- Confident managing structured data and learning records
- Experience using LMS platforms (Litmos/Astute desirable)
- Familiar with coordinating training events or e-learning
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Willingness to travel when required
