About the Role
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Dimois.
The ideal candidate is passionate about training, content creation, and delivering high-quality learning experiences across our training institute, mobile app, and business school divisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions.
• Support in developing and enhancing learning content.
• Create video-based training materials with the creative team.
• Assist in planning and executing public workshops and learning events.
Requirements
• Experience in training or learning & development (2–5 years).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English.
• Confident appearing on camera for training content.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
