As a Learning & Development Trainer at Wingstop.co.uk, you will lead and facilitate training programs across the M62 Corridor/Yorkshire/Lancashire, ensuring successful new store openings and continuous development. What you will do:
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive New Store Opening (NSO) training programs, ensuring successful launches and brand standard adherence.
- Conduct regular store success visits to evaluate training effectiveness and identify further learning opportunities across existing restaurants.
- Facilitate the smooth implementation of new product and process rollouts, ensuring consistent operational standards.
The ideal candidate:
- Possess demonstrable skills in facilitating exciting, engaging, and effective training experiences for diverse audiences.
- Bring a proven track record of training support and delivery during new store openings and product rollouts.
- Be comfortable running various training formats, including classroom-style, digital workshops, and 1:1 coaching.
