What you’ll do
Learning Wizzard
- Manage & Optimise our Learning Management System :
Ensure, together with the departmental stakeholders, the content creation and curation of the LMS and ensure the LMS remains relevant, added-value, up-to-date and user-friendly for all employees
- Learning Programs Curation & Coordination :
Plan, organise and follow up trainings, workshops and learning tracks with both internal and external providers
- Training Vendor Management :
Select and contract appropriate external learning vendors, co-creation of tailored programs when needed (e.g leadership journeys), end-to-end relationship ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business needs
- Facilitate Workshops & Internal Sessions:
Facilitation / animation of learning solutions where relevant (e.g. digital skills, tools, onboarding, soft skills)
- Training Administration :
Manage registrations, logistics, reporting and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and consistent learning delivery
HR Tech & Digital Enabler
- Automate and Streamline HR Processes :
- Enhance the efficiency of our HR Tech landscape within Monizze.
- (HRIS performance management tool/ ATS/ LMS) by streamlining workflows, automate where possible and help colleagues to adopt new tools
- Further Roll-out of our new Performance Software tool :
- Drive the further development and roll-out of the performance management tool
- Support managers and employees in using the system effectively, ensure data accuracy and process consistency
What You’ll Bring
- You have excellent coordination and communication skills.
- You’re tech-savvy and confident working with platforms like a Learning Management System, an HRIS, MS Teams, etc.
- You are structured, action-oriented, and take initiative with follow-through.
- You enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and learning new tools and topics.
- You are fluent in English, and in French or Dutch (solid knowledge of the other national language is a strong plus).
- You’re aligned with a values-driven work culture that supports employee development and innovation.
Your Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Learning & Development
- Proven hands-on experience with a Learning Management System
- Strong digital skills; you are tech-savvy, comfortable with new tools and familiar with AI-supported learning
- Experience in collaborating with external training providers and coordinating full learning cycles
- Experience in working with the soft skills modules of an HRIS, particularly performance management modules is a plus
- Nice to have: experience in a SaaS, fintech or fast-paced tech environment
