Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Learning and Development Specialist role based in Niagara Falls, ON. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational success. Key responsibilities include developing instructional materials and strategies, managing learning systems, coaching team members, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Experience with Instructional Design and creating engaging, effective training materials
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Expert Coaching abilities to support and guide team members in professional growth
- Proven organizational and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-focused environment
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and employee engagement techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
