In this role, you will act as Knowledge & Learning Manager in ADP’s Global Payroll Integrations team. You will be the force behind our team’s continuous learning and upskilling. You will help drive team and client success by enabling our teams to build and refine their knowledge of payroll processes and products, HR systems, integration functionality, and service excellence..
What your day may look like: Work on the design and development of role-specific learning curricula, onboard new hires, and collaborate with leaders and specialists to analyze learning needs and create targeted training content. You will also train internal trainers, ensure training content is up-to-date, and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
- Hone your skills: Design and develop role-based learning paths for onboarding and upskilling. Measure progress and impact of your ideas and improve continuously.
- Work with others: Collaborate with Enterprise Learning and subject matter experts to create and deliver relevant, interactive training sessions.
- Show your craft: Train internal trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Tame the beast: in our ever-accelerating world of knowledge & technology, find and define scalable approaches to capture, document, and disseminate knowledge across different regions, cultures and job roles.
- Inspire others: embed the Global Payroll Integrations vision, values, and desired behaviors through communication and change management.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Proven Performer. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in developing and facilitating trainings and workshops. Application of instructional design and adult learning theories (e.g., NLI’s AGES, Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE model).
- Organizer. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, timeframes, and stakeholders.
- Because you care. Passion for capturing and sharing knowledge. Experience with communication and change management to support the adoption of changes and, last but not least, high fluency in English (oral and written) to get your message across in a global setting.
