About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to onboard and train new hires, delivering our Sales Foundations Program. This role is ideal for a junior L&D professional or an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to transition into learning and development.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact, interactive training sessions focused on sales and recruitment fundamentals.
- Mentor and coach new starters throughout their onboarding journey, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure training programs align with strategic business objectives.
- Continuously review and enhance training content and delivery methods to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
Experience Required
- Proven full-desk recruitment experience is essential.
- Prior experience in Learning & Development is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and sales processes, with the ability to translate knowledge into effective training.
