Training Manager – Digital Enablement and Data Platform Learning

We are expanding our capability in digital enablement and platform training, ensuring our clients can confidently adopt and scale their use of modern data ecosystems such as Palantir Foundry and other enterprise data platforms.
The Role
We are seeking a Training Manager to design, deliver, and manage technical enablement programmes that empower client and internal teams to maximise their use of integrated data platforms. This role will bridge the gap between engineering, data operations, and end users helping to embed best practices, standardise training materials, and ensure lasting adoption.
This position suits a confident communicator with experience designing and leading structured technical training in data environments. A background in consultancy, digital transformation, or platform enablement is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of training programmes focused on data platform adoption, particularly Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or equivalent environments.
- Develop structured learning pathways for technical and non-technical users, from introductory onboarding to advanced analytical workflows.
- Design and deliver workshops, user labs, and enablement materials covering data integration, ontology modelling, data governance, and collaborative analytics.
- Partner with technical delivery teams to ensure training materials reflect live product functionality and evolving project goals.
- Implement scalable enablement frameworks and maintain quality across distributed training initiatives.
- Capture feedback and measure learning impact to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align learning objectives with strategic transformation goals.
About You
- Proven experience in technical training, enablement, or learning and development within data or digital consultancy environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Palantir Gotham, or comparable data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services).
- Confident designing content that explains data pipelines, ontology design, permissions frameworks, and data governance principles to mixed audiences.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable learning.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience within public sector, defence, or security-sensitive environments is a plus.
- Active security clearance (Level 2 or above) preferred, or eligibility to obtain it.
