To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a Country L&D Expert for our site in Verona.
The selected candidate will serve as the key point of reference for Learning & Development, dedicated to creating experiences that generate value and engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the HRBPs in the collection and analysis of training needs to identify critical business competencies and design targeted programs and training plans.
- Support the standardization of training, development plans, and onboarding processes at the country level, including their associated digital tools and databases.
- Design and implements funded trainings plans with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and promote leadership enhancement initiatives, including mentoring and coaching programs.
- Promote change management, implementing a tailored Development Program for the Leadership Team
- Collaborate with HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition team on special projects and assessments.
- Drive engagement through Employer Branding initiatives aimed at the internal community.
- Manage existing training and development partners and identify new potential providers.
- Identify and monitor qualitative and quantitative Learning & Development KPIs at a Country Level, ensuring accurate impact measurement and reporting (KPIs, ROI, Feedback).
- Translate global guidelines into effective local development plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development.
- Strong ability to design and manage complex training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of learning platforms and assessment tools.
