VICE PRESIDENT OF PEOPLE
Assembled Intelligence, an integrated communications and commercialization platform designed to unite all of its capabilities to deliver smarter, faster, purpose-bult solutions across the healthcare product lifecycle, is seeking a strategic Vice President of People to partner with the Chief of People and the broader People team. This role will provide best in class leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's culture and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance, learning and development and talent. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented HR leadership. The Vice President of People will also be involved in strategic planning, change management, and organization development, and must have a strong business acumen to support the company's growth strategy.
This highly visible position is responsible for driving the organization’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and developing talent to meet the company’s business goals. Reporting to the Chief of People, the VP will collaborate with senior leadership to implement best practices in human resources and organizational development.
Key areas of focus:
• Partnering with the global People team to deliver talent programs such as performance management, compensation planning, learning and development, on/offboarding, talent, and employee engagement.
• Guiding and advising managers in driving a performance-driven culture, coaching them on providing effective feedback and setting goals for their teams.
• Managing employee relations issues, applying sound judgment to resolve employee relations concerns while adhering to legal/regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Leading organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
• Promoting a workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
•Working in conjunction with Finance to manage human capital budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support people initiatives.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment are two critical requirements to be successful in this position. The role demands excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build and execute HR strategies from the ground up.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or work equivalent. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role) in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management; ability to confidently interact with a wide range of stakeholders and to react with diplomacy and tact.

- Must be passionate, creative and intellectually curious.
