What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a key role in enabling our teams to learn, grow, and perform at their best. You will:
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs (onboarding, soft skills, leadership, tools, etc.) across the organization.
- Support the administration of our Performance Management process, helping managers and employees navigate review cycles, feedback, and goal setting.
- Partner with department leads to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable, effective learning solutions.
- Lead and evolve the new hire onboarding experience in collaboration with the Culture team, ensuring it reflects our values and accelerates ramp-up time.
- Create e-learning content, toolkits, and blended learning journeys using modern platforms.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve learning programs.
- Collaborate with the VP of People and the broader team to embed learning into every stage of the employee journey.
- Foster a learning culture across the company encouraging curiosity, feedback, and development.
What we need from you
- 2–5 years of experience in L&D, Training, or People Development preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Experience training context is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation and content design skills both live and asynchronous.
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of Performance Management processes (e.g., performance reviews, calibration, 360° feedback).
- Data-driven you’re comfortable analising data, measuring outcomes and iterating or providing innovative ideas based on insights.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with autonomy and across different teams and time zones.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, thriving on high pressurised environments
- Proficient in English fluency is a must
- Familiar with modern learning tools (e.g., LMS, Loom, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
