Position Purpose:
The Learning Developer works as part of a collaborative team of learning professionals to design and deliver effective training solutions that support new product and process initiatives, focusing on sales, technical, and operational skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and Learning teams to identify training needs and impacts of new initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments, define learning objectives, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Design, update, and maintain learning materials, ensuring alignment with instructional design standards.
- Research and recommend effective learning solutions leveraging internal and external resources.
- Support curriculum updates, learning evaluations, and large-scale learning initiatives as required.
- Track project progress and adhere to governance and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Adult Education or Learning & Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or learning development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
