We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Lead Instructional Designer to develop 34 life skills workshops. These workshops will focus on foundational topics such as resume writing and job readiness for individuals who are new to Canada.
In this role, you will take the lead in researching, writing, and designing workshop content from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and oversee the instructional design and development of PowerPoint-based training materials. This project requires someone who can take initiative, organize deliverables, and ensure consistent quality across all workshops.
Start Date: Mid-November
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Location: 100% virtual; must be located in Canada
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience designing instructor-led or workshop-style training
- Proven ability to research and develop content independently
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with SMEs
- Proficiency in creating or overseeing PowerPoint-based training materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple modules
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
