Task Responsibilities:
The Analyst Learning & Development focuses on the design and development of learning solutions supporting the current and future business needs. They will actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to assess learning requirements and deliver targeted development initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure learning strategies are both data-driven and effectively implemented.
The main tasks include but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough learning needs assessments in partnership with managers and Business Partners. Identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities to create targeted learning solutions.
- Design learning content, define and develop structured learning journeys for job roles and functions aligning learning content directly with the skills and competencies required for each role.
- Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and practical assessments.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- A Master’s degree in Adult Education or a related field
- At least three years of proven experience in a Learning & Development role, including facilitation and instruction
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- High level of creativity in designing learning solutions and approaches
- Solid business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
- Experience in supporting or driving change initiatives
- Strong analytical skills are considered an asset
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Temporary contract end date December 31 st 2026.
- The internal title of this position is: Analyst Learning & Development.
- Flexible working hours, according to our Collective Work Agreement.
- Position is based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, Casier judiciaire) will be required in case of positive selection.
