About The Role
Drive high-impact learning and development for US corporate employees while supporting global training strategy and priorities. Partner with Senior L&D Managers worldwide to ensure consistent excellence and scalable learning solutions that deliver measurable business results across all markets.
What You'll Do
- US Corporate Learning Excellence - Design and execute comprehensive training programs for US corporate teams, from individual contributors to executives, that achieve measurable performance improvements and establish best practices for global application.
- Global Training Leadership – Support worldwide learning priorities and standards through collaboration with international Senior L&D Manager peers, ensuring consistent methodology and quality across all regions.
- Strategic Business Partnership - Work directly with US corporate leaders to identify capability gaps and deploy rapid learning solutions while sharing insights with global L&D team for broader implementation.
- High-Impact Training Delivery - Facilitate world-class learning experiences that drive superior skill acquisition and job performance, creating replicable models for international deployment.
- Performance-Driven Analytics - Analyze training effectiveness data to optimize learning ROI and share proven methodologies with global L&D peers for consistent worldwide results.
- Scalable Learning Systems - Build efficient training processes and frameworks that can be rapidly adapted and deployed by teams across international markets.
- Global L&D Collaboration – Strategize with worldwide Senior L&D Manager peers to align on priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistent learning excellence globally.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 7+ years of progressive corporate L&D experience with global organization exposure.
- Proven experience leading learning initiatives and collaborating across international teams.
- Track record of delivering measurable training results and establishing organizational standards.
- Demonstrated success developing employees from individual contributor to senior leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field preferred.
- Experience with LMS, Articulate, and Workday preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
The pay rage for this position is $120,000-$170,000/yr USD.
