We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning and development efforts across our Supply Chain Division.
This division operates nationwide, connecting internal operations with our customers in the field.
It’s a fast-moving, operational environment where learning needs to be relevant, accessible, and directly tied to the realities of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end learning strategy for the Supply Chain Division: needs analysis, program design, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Manage budget, vendors, and cross-functional interfaces
- Develop and implement role-based learning programs, including mentoring, classroom training, leadership development, digital learning, and field-based learning
- Partner in the execution of organization-wide learning initiatives
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree – an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex training and change processes
- Deep knowledge of learning methodologies, certification frameworks, and instructional design
- Experience in group facilitation and learning development – strong advantage
- Strategic mindset with process-oriented thinking
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage change across people and interfaces
- High motivation to develop others and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work intensively and travel frequently
