We are seeking a talented individual to join our Learning & Development team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will be part of an international team of experts responsible for designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning solutions. You will collaborate with organizational leaders to anticipate and address both short-term and long-term employee development needs.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the development of the training plans for the Warsaw location, including the ideation of curriculum design, programs and project implementation strategy, communication strategy, and setting change management and measurement methodologies in accordance with business objectives;
- Collaborate with company leadership to identify key capability gaps and design appropriate learning and development solutions in areas such as Leadership, Managerial Skills, Professional Skills, Consulting, Sales, Financial Acumen/Profitability, and Innovation;
- Conduct complex capability gap analyses and data gathering activities to determine the best learning solutions for the region;
- Act as a consultant on Learning and Development matters and serve as a primary point of contact for local employees and management;
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and vendor management teams to foster program execution, utilization, and executive-level support;
- Assist in tracking and managing L&D participation and ongoing program administration;
- Maintain expert awareness of market offerings and, in collaboration with vendor management and market leaders, present business cases supporting vendor investments;
- Work closely with the Global L&D Team and facilitate some programs virtually on a global scale.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in learning and development, with proven expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions;
- Fluent English and Polish;
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop training solutions;
- Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end training cycles;
- Ability to create and develop programs based on business requirements;
- Passion and drive for delivering impactful training programs;
- Knowledge of training evaluation and learning effectiveness measurement;
- Experience managing dynamic work demands in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
