Your Mission
As a
Trainer Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams and brand ambassadors across Spain and Portugal.
You will also play a key role in
developing and empowering Supervisors and Team Leaders, providing them with the tools and confidence to deliver high-quality training and coaching within their own teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for Brand Ambassadors, Supervisors, or Team Leaders.
- Develop programs to strengthen leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Partner with brand and commercial teams to tailor content to each product category and retail environment.
- Create innovative and interactive training materials (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate training impact using KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and excellence across all levels of the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel across Spain and Portugal.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); other languages are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer Manager, Coach Manager, or Learning Specialist, ideally within retail, travel retail, or FMCG environments.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- Experience designing and delivering training for sales and customer experience excellence.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with digital learning tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Vyond, Articulate, etc.).
- Experience in airport or travel retail environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
