Please note: This role is UK-based with hybrid working, so you’ll split your time between home and office. Travel to our various sites is required. This variety means no two weeks will be the same. You will connect with colleagues across different locations and see first-hand the impact of your work.

- Proven experience in L&D/OD with a strong background in organisational development, learning & development, or a related HR field. You have hands-on experience designing and implementing training programmes that drive real results.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups. You’re comfortable leading workshops, training sessions, and meetings, making learning accessible and enjoyable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team and build relationships at all levels of the organisation. You can partner with line managers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and co-creating solutions.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. You can align learning initiatives with broader business objectives and you’re adept at evaluating their impact.
- Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment and the initiative to drive projects forward. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and excited to take ownership of new challenges in talent development.
