Job Purpose
- :The Digital Learning Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, develop performance and drive organisational digital success
- .You will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management with a good understanding of adult learning theory and exceptional digital skills to enable and enhance a range of training and development initiatives
