What You'll Do
We are looking for a passionate and committed Learning Performance Specialist to join the Learning Strategy and Performance team within Commercial Operations Learning & Development (L&D). The purpose of the role is to support strategic activities that drive the improvement of performance, performance reporting and performance visualisation.
This role will mean close collaboration with the entire commercial L&D team, external stakeholders, commercial digital and a network of professional learning suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Support the performance measurement lead with developing internal data analysis capability that reduces reliance on external teams
- Improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic value of our reporting and data visualisation
- Enhance our ability to integrate and analyse internal intelligence to pro-actively manage GCO L&D’s performance and decision-making
- Initiate and lead learning activities as required within Strategy and Performance, from the discovery phase through the define phase, in close collaboration with identified stakeholders
- Apply the L&D framework to manage and document activities
What You'll Bring
You have in-depth understanding of the Volvo commercial landscape, the application and use of data to drive decision-making, as well as Program and Project Management skills. You have a clear appreciation for the regional and retailer-level needs in our business and how effective data provision supports performance. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical abilities and can demonstrate how you have used data to drive performance improvement in other roles. You have the proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders, collaborating and communicating effectively. Learning and development experience would be beneficial although not essential. You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. You have effective oral and written communication skills (English) and experience working with diverse teams across the globe.
