Job Title: Bilingual Training and Development Manager

Conduct live training sessions (EN/FR) - Bilingual (English/French) is a must
Meet/communicate with key customers in Quebec to discuss platform and key learning initiatives
Support internal/external teams for learning and development EN/FR (professional solutions)
Attend French trade shows/general meetings of key accounts + buying groups
Translate/verify various content and communications
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:
3+ years of experience in learning and development, customer success, or training program management (preferably in the healthcare, optical, or retail industry).
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external customers and internal
cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
