Core Accountabilities
Internal and External Training Needs Assessment:
- Conduct skills matrix, surveys, interviews, and consultations and identify training needs.
- Analyze the skills and knowledge gaps within the organization and propose training strategies and tailored learning journeys
Training Strategy And Planning
- Create and execute a strategic training plan based on the training yearly targets and CLIENT capacity.
- Organize logistics for training events and projects, including venues, equipment, IT, and materials.
- Coordinate with internal or external trainers and facilitators.
- Managing and optimizing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Projects Coordination (Agile Management)
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and projects follow up. Use Jira for Project coordination.
Evaluation And Feedback
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, tests, and performance assessments.
- Analyze data to measure training outcomes. Contribute to training programs adjustments, based on feedback
- and performance metrics.
Objectives, KPIs And Record Keeping
- Define training KPIs, measure and report on training and projects for the Department, maintaining records.
- Facilitate and monitor compliance with CLIENT mandatory training requirements based on eligibility matrix and industry standards.
Financials
- Track budget and measure compliance efficiently for the Department.
- In charge of the PR/PO, payments and revenue for the Department.
- Support with the financial evaluation for the internal and external projects, monitoring profitability
Communication And Collaboration
- Communicate schedules and requirements to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing materials for CLIENT offerings while proactively recommending strategies to enhance their appeal and engagement.
- Ensure attendance and increase productivity of the training sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Fully support entities HC function with CLIENT data management and LMS utilization
Internal administration
- Oversee Experts training roster and CLIENT learning spaces and equipment, to ensure smooth operation.
Supporting Accountabilities
- Acting as the extended hand of the CLIENT Leadership whenever needed.
- Supports with basic IT and technology requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience from relevant field of work
- Good practical knowledge operations.
- Sales and Marketing related experience if beneficial
- Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable

Key Skills
- Training Planning and Coordination
- Creation of KPIs and reporting throughout company structures of the same.
- Advanced MS Office user with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fundamental understanding of stakeholder engagement.
- Very strong people skills.
- Network of Learning and Development related ecosystem in the UAE (stronglypreferred)
- SCRUM master (preferred)
- Strong Data Management skills
