Pebbles Care presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Learning and Development Administrator to join our dedicated
People Team.
The role offers a busy, fast-paced environment that places you at the heart of Learning and Development operations, providing you with the opportunity to expand your expertise across a broad spectrum of L&D practices and administrative processes.
You will work from home, with occasional travel to support the team and attend meetings when required.
Your Role
- Provide administrative support to the learning and development team in matters relating to transferring certificates from external to internal portals.
- Booking staff onto face-to-face training sessions and sending out training links for online training.
- Booking accommodation and travel.
- Creating monthly board reports.
- Ensuring all compliance records are maintained and updated regularly.
- Provide administrative support to ensure accurate record keeping of joiners and leavers.
- Assisting by documenting key points and decisions during meetings.
- Recording evaluations and feeding back to the team.
- Attend team meetings, usually in the Carlisle area.
- Provide first-line telephone support to the main telephone line, responding to calls and passing information to relevant departments as required.
- Providing support to the other teams within the People function when required.

- Your salary will be up to £ 27,540 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5 pm
- You will receive 28 days annual leave per annum, pro rata.

Essential Qualities That We Look For,
- Excellent IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft packages.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing administrative support.
Desirable qualities that we look for are,
- Experience working within the care sector or similar and dealing with highly sensitive information
- Full, valid driving license
- Current Basic Disclosure or PVG / Enhanced Disclosure certificate
