Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Learning and Development, located in the Greater Leicester Area. The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, overseeing employee development initiatives, and managing the learning management system. This role involves succession planning, driving employee engagement, and ensuring all learning and development activities align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training & Development and designing training programs
- Proficiency in Learning Management and managing learning systems
- Skills in Succession Planning to ensure leadership continuity
- Ability to foster Employee Engagement and enhance the employee experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or related field are preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
