Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Director of Marketing Programs to lead the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns focused on generating pipeline and revenue for our developer solutions in North America. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives on translating market insights into demand-driving initiatives that accelerate awareness, engagement, and conversion.
You will own the regional demand generation strategy, partnering closely with sales to ensure marketing is directly impacting pipeline and bookings. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in multi-channel campaign orchestration, data-driven decision-making, and developer-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth in North America through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs targeting developer and technical audiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns leveraging high-intent data, industry trends, and market insights to generate MQLs, SAOs, and revenue opportunities.
- Align marketing with regional sales goals, collaborating closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure campaigns convert to pipeline and closed-won revenue.
- Lead multi-channel execution across digital, social, content syndication, paid media, events, email, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Measure and report marketing impact with a focus on pipeline attribution, ROI, and continuous optimization.
- Mentor and guide program managers, fostering a results-oriented, data-driven approach to campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of developer marketing trends and innovative demand generation tactics to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Demonstrated success in owning regional marketing programs and achieving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, including digital, paid media, events, and nurture programs.
- Strong understanding of developer and technical personas and how to engage them effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and attribution/reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a total compensation range between $120,000.00-$140,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.
