We're looking for a dynamic and strategic
Training & Learning Lead who will take ownership of our site-wide learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that empower our people—from onboarding to leadership development—while ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Training Program Management: Design, implement, and oversee large-scale, compliant training programs tailored to diverse employee groups and operational needs.
- Structured Onboarding & Curricula Development: Maintain structured onboarding pathways and build scalable GxP training curricula aligned with regulatory standards.
- Training Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% training adherence, audit-readiness, and effective documentation, including version control and certification tracking.
- Learning Systems & KPIs: Utilize LMS tools for data-driven decisions and monitor KPIs such as training completion, time-to-competency, and business impact.
- Training Center Leadership: Develop the Training Center into a central hub for continuous learning, covering technical, regulatory, leadership, and soft skills.
- Learning Culture & Talent Development: Foster a culture of self-leadership and continuous improvement through mentoring, coaching, and career-aligned development frameworks.
- Regulatory Audit Support: Act as the training point of contact during inspections, ensuring alignment with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Resource Planning: Collaborate cross-functionally to align training efforts, manage budgets and vendors, and support transformation initiatives.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Extensive Experience: 8 - 12+ years of progressive experience in Training & Development, ideally within a regulated (GxP) environment.
- Strategic Program Leadership: Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling impactful training programs across large, complex organizations.
- Digital Learning Expertise: Proficient in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms to drive learning engagement and efficiency.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including GMP, GDP, and GLP.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and clear, effective communication.

V Lendavi v proizvodnji bioloških učinkovin v podjetju Lek iščemo dinamičnega in strateško usmerjenega
Vodjo za izobraževanje in usposabljanje, ki bo prevzel/a odgovornost za celovite učne in razvojne pobude na lokaciji. V tej vlogi boste vodili zasnovo, implementacijo in stalno izboljševanje programov usposabljanja, ki krepijo naše zaposlene – od uvajanja do razvoja vodstvenih kompetenc – ob zagotavljanju popolne skladnosti z regulativo in pripravljenosti na presoje.
Vaše Ključne Odgovornosti
- Vodenje programov usposabljanja: Načrtovanje, izvajanje in nadzor obsežnih, skladnih programov usposabljanja, prilagojenih različnim skupinam zaposlenih in operativnim potrebam.
- Strukturirano uvajanje in razvoj učnih vsebin: Vzdrževanje strukturiranih uvajalnih poti ter oblikovanje razširljivih učnih kurikulov GxP, usklajenih z regulativnimi standardi.
- Skladnost in dokumentacija usposabljanja: Zagotavljanje 100 % skladnosti s programi usposabljanja, pripravljenosti na presoje ter učinkovite dokumentacije, vključno z obvladovanjem verzij in sledenjem certifikatom.
- Učni sistemi in kazalniki uspešnosti (KPI): Uporaba učnih sistemov (LMS) za podatkovno podprto odločanje ter spremljanje KPI-jev, kot so dokončanje usposabljanj, čas do kompetentnosti in poslovni učinek.
- Vodenje učnega centra: Razvoj učnega centra kot osrednjega stičišča za stalno učenje, ki pokriva tehnične, regulativne, vodstvene in mehke veščine.
- Učna kultura in razvoj talentov: Spodbujanje kulture samovodenja in nenehnega izboljševanja z mentorstvom, coachingom in razvojnimi okvirji, usklajenimi s kariernimi potmi zaposlenih.
- Podpora pri regulativnih presojah: Delovanje kot kontaktna oseba za vprašanja v zvezi z usposabljanjem med inšpekcijami ter zagotavljanje skladnosti z zahtevami FDA, EMA in drugih regulatorjev.
- Sodelovanje s ključnimi deležniki in načrtovanje virov: Tesno sodelovanje z oddelki za kakovost, kadre, operacije in varnost ter upravljanje proračuna, dobaviteljev in notranjih virov za učinkovito izvedbo učne strategije.
Vaš Doprinos k Delovnemu Mestu
- Izobrazba: Diploma ali magisterij s področja izobraževanja, kadrov, bioloških ved ali sorodnih področij.
- Obsežne izkušnje: 8–12+ let izkušenj na področju usposabljanja in razvoja, po možnosti v reguliranem okolju (GxP).
- Strateško vodenje programov: Dokazane uspehe pri oblikovanju, izvajanju in širjenju učinkovitih programov usposabljanja v velikih organizacijah.
- Digitalna učna orodja: Usposobljenost za uporabo sistemov LMS in digitalnih platform za spodbujanje učne angažiranosti in učinkovitosti.
- Regulativno znanje: Dobro poznavanje okvirov skladnosti, vključno z GMP, GDP in GLP.
- Sodelovanje z deležniki: Odlične veščine upravljanja deležnikov, facilitacije in jasne, učinkovite komunikacije.
