Cluster Learning & Development Manager
(Requirements):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in L&D (CIPD, AHLEI, ATD) are preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience within the hospitality industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a Cluster or multi-property managerial role.
- Technical Expertise:
- TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and curriculum design.
- Facilitation of training workshops and OJT programs.
- Development of digital learning content.
- Proven experience with LMS deployment and administration.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership presence and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to design and implement Saudization-focused development pathways.
