Unilever Israel is looking for a strategic and passionate Organizational Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning, training, and organizational development domain. This is a high-impact role that shapes our company culture, develops our talent, and drives key organizational processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of learning and training programs aligned with global and local strategies.
- Foster a learning-oriented, agile, and data-driven organizational culture.
- Manage the annual learning & development budget.
- Drive annual processes such as performance evaluations, talent development, organizational surveys, and capability building.
- Partner with managers to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including external vendors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational learning & development.
- Proven experience in designing training programs, managing budgets, and leading annual HR processes.
- Strong digital orientation and data literacy – systems, reports, and analytics.
- Experience in a global corporate environment – a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
