Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences in a global context? Do you want to shape how learning and development is delivered across borders, cultures, and functions?
Join ECCO’s People & Culture Center of Excellence and take the lead on global learning initiatives that empower people and drive business value. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the global organization to ensure learning is relevant, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Be the driving force behind global learning initiatives
As our new Learning and Development Lead, you will be part of a team that designs and delivers global people concepts based on business needs and strategy. You will play a key role in shaping and building ECCO’s global learning initiatives from the ground up – starting with taking full ownership of our LinkedIn Learning setup, which is still in its early stages and requires development, implementation, and global rollout.
While LinkedIn Learning will be your primary focus, your role will also contribute to other strategic initiatives within the Center of Excellence depending on business needs and opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation and ownership of LinkedIn Learning – from strategic setup to daily operations, engagement, and impact measurement.
- Design and maintain business-aligned learning paths that are accessible and relevant across ECCO’s markets.
- Partner with global and regional P&C stakeholders to activate and localize learning initiatives.
- Coordinate global learning activities, including vendor management, logistics, and evaluation of training outcomes.
- Measure and ensure impact of learning initiatives through data and analytics, including tracking engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Support additional learning and development initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What You Bring
You know how to turn learning strategy into real-world results. You’re analytical, collaborative, and passionate about making learning relevant and measurable in a global, cross-functional setting.
We Imagine You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in learning and development, backed by experience in data analytics and project execution.
- Experience with online learning platforms – LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills and can build strong relationships across departments and cultures.
- Bring experience with project management.
A central role with global impact
This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping ECCO’s future capabilities. You’ll take ownership of how learning and development comes to life – from concept to implementation and measurable impact – and lead initiatives that reach across all markets.
With broad exposure and high responsibility, you’ll help shape how we grow and evolve as an organization. And as part of a truly global workplace, you’ll find yourself collaborating across cultures and perspectives – and feeling at home, no matter your background.
We’re at the beginning of an exciting new strategic journey, which means change, momentum, and opportunities.
