Role Overview
The Intercontinental Learning Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving the learning strategy across Intercontinental markets. This role ensures alignment with brand strategies and collaborates closely with commercial, medical, and market access teams to translate learning needs into impactful learning plans. The Learning Partner acts as a designer, orchestrator, and coordinator of learning experiences, leveraging internal subject matter experts and external resources to deliver high-quality, tailored learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of commercial learning launch plans across Intercontinental markets.
- Support post-launch learning initiatives through milestone tracking, diagnostics, and continuous learning interventions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and identify optimal learning and development solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between global, regional, and local learning teams to ensure alignment and customization of learning content.
- Contribute to the design and development of learning projects, bringing therapeutic and market expertise to pilot phases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create learning experiences that enhance business and patient impact.
- Oversee implementation logistics, including planning, facilitator briefing, and issue resolution.
- Drive innovation in learning through digital tools, platforms, and iterative improvements based on feedback and insights.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, Ph.D., or M.D. preferred.
- Background in scientific, business, or engineering disciplines.
Experience:
- 3–5 years minimum in the pharmaceutical industry across diverse ecosystems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing commercial learning plans.
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances, especially between Eastern and Western regions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of therapeutic areas, disease landscapes, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
Certifications:
- Project Management certification is a plus.
