The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead the development and implementation of a Capability Development Strategy & Roadmap, aligning global, regional, and local needs with business priorities and future skill requirements.
- Identify and close organizational capability gaps through targeted programs, frameworks, and measurement tools.
- Design and execute capability-building initiatives that strengthen functional and commercial excellence across markets.
- Establish clear metrics and evaluation mechanisms to track progress and impact of capability programs.
- Drive a culture of continuous capability growth, embedding Versuni Winning Behaviors across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure capability programs directly support strategic priorities and performance outcomes.
- Manage key capability resources and partnerships, including content, platforms, and external experts.
- Build the culture of a sustainable learning organization, leveraging internal & external tools and approaches;
- Manage Learning Resources by overseeing the development and maintenance of training materials and manage the relationship with external vendors and consultants
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices in capability development to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge and impactful.
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience as a Capability Development Manager.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful learning and development programs within FMCG/SD companies.
- Strong understanding/experience of the business, particularly Commerce, and instructional design theory.
- Proficiency in project management, training, program design, facilitation (train-the-trainer), and analytical skills.
- Advanced degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, along with expertise in change management and facilitation.
