Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing leaders across Brand, Content, Affiliate, Performance, CRM, and more to identify skill and growth needs
- Design role-specific and cross-functional learning programs covering creative skills, data analytics, campaign strategy, and marketing technology
- Introduce top-tier industry benchmarks and showcase inspirational work from leading brands
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences — including workshops, bootcamps, and expert-led sessions, both virtually and in person
- Build mentorship structures and feedback loops to foster a culture of continuous peer learning
- Support career development frameworks within both creative and performance marketing tracks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), preferably within marketing teams or creative functions
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including terminology and key performance metrics
- Genuine passion for the creative process, storytelling, and fast-paced, iterative work environments
- Strong ability to communicate fluently in both “brand” and “data” — bridging creative and analytical mindsets
- Languages: English - Intermediate and above, Ukrainian - would be a plus
