About The Opportunity
We are expanding our global network of experienced Executive Mindset Coach professionals. This opportunity is ideal for those who value autonomy, thrive on performance, and are driven to make a positive impact.
You will work as part of a remote team that facilitates personal and professional growth. The role is performance-based and best suited to individuals who are goal-oriented and self-led.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring sessions via digital platforms (e.g. Zoom)
- Inspire and support team members to reach their development goals
- Conduct structured interviews and support onboarding processes (scripts provided)
- Use digital tools and social media to support outreach and community engagement
- Contribute to the growth of a global learning and development network
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in coaching, training, or facilitation roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and initiative
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
- A passion for working with people and a growth-focused mindset
