Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join our central Learning & Development Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high quality training that enhances sales performance across our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge. Future development for this role may include Leadership training, therefore a background in a management position would be beneficial for this role, we can nurture the rest!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programmes focused on sales excellence, aligned to business needs and supporting the growth of the business.
- Customise training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of our employees and the business.
- Support the integration of incoming staff during TUPE processes by delivering tailored training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition aligned with company standards and practices.
- Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to active participation and knowledge retention.
- Adapt training delivery based on participant feedback and performance assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments relevant to the training content.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
- Future plans for this role; support developing and coaching future managers through to future directors.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience within a Residential Sales background, with some previous leadership experience and/or experience training members of staff at any level.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LMS.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable)
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams across different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
