We are looking for a
hands-on and experienced professional to join our team as a
Senior Talent and Development Consultant. This role plays a key part in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of soft skills learning initiatives across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate training, can independently manage the organization of development programs, and is able to co-create impactful workshops in collaboration with subject matter experts.
This role requires a blend of facilitation skills, project coordination, and instructional design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, update, and deliver monthly soft-skills training programs aligned with organizational needs and talent strategies.
- Develop customized learning solutions for teams and individuals based on specific requests from internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of training programs — from needs assessment and scheduling to delivery, follow-up, and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-design tailored workshops, internal courses, and learning content.
- Facilitate engaging live sessions, both virtual and in-person, using interactive tools and adult learning methodologies.
- Ensure an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment, where participants are encouraged to share, practice, and reflect.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and support individual growth by identifying development pathways.
- Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, participant feedback, and training KPIs using internal systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and learning offerings in the region.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent development, ideally in a regional or multinational context.
- Proven experience in organizing and facilitating training programs for management roles, technical teams, or sales populations.
- Strong project and program management skills – able to independently manage multiple learning initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills – engaging delivery using various tools and techniques.
- Experience in co-creating content or workshops alongside SMEs or business leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Romanian.
- Strong writing skills for documentation, internal promotion of learning initiatives, and training summaries.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt training delivery to fit different audiences and business needs.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and tailor learning solutions to stakeholder needs.
- Analytical mindset – able to track learning effectiveness and identify trends from feedback or completion data.
Required Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to create visually appealing and professional training presentations.
- Comfortable delivering sessions using Microsoft Teams and supporting tools.
- Experience with interactive tools such as Slido, Mentimeter, Canva, Forms, Polls, etc.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
