Job Responsibilities
The Talent Development team at Moët Hennessy strives to evolve the company into a learning organization, addressing cultural, strategic, and operational aspects. - Support the development and implementation of the strategy for learning, performance management, and career journeys.
- Assist in the creation and execution of engagement and communication plans across various communities related to learning and development.
- Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate the annual budget process for the learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities.
- Maintain and update learning management systems and other relevant platforms.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing documentation.
- Assist in the development and distribution of learning resources and materials.
Profile
Education & experience:
- College Education in Business/ Social Sciences/ HR or relevant with demonstrated passion for Learning & Development
Languages:
- Master of English language with proven copywriting & written communication skills
Personal & interpersonal skills:
- Emphatic, team player and eager to work with an international and diverse learning community
- Design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude
- Result-oriented: ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Digital and tech savviness, and experience in working with learning technology would be a BIG plus
- Excellent power point and excel skills

- Compensation:
- Up to BAC+3 : 1400€
- BAC+4 : 1500€
