This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.
During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the
Maison’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.
The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable. Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office.

This 18-month journey is designed for those who are passionate about people, with a focus on their development and wellbeing. Beginning with a solid foundation in labor cost management and payroll processes, the program will immerse you, step-by-step, in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, and Organization & Talent Development functions. It will culminate in a hands-on international mission, where you will gain strategic insights and leadership skills crucial for a position in human resources management.

Profile
What are the eligibility criteria? - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full-time position by April 2025
- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel and relocate globally
