Job Summary
Intuit is seeking an innovative Learning & Development Specialist with a flair for creating impactful learning experiences and a deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning theories, and multimedia tools. This role involves leading the design lifecycle of projects, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and program owners to create engaging, performance-based learning solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring that the needs of learners are prioritized across all content efforts.
Job Requirements
- Lead the design lifecycle of learning projects from scoping and research to development and launch.
- Collaborate with program owners and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design solutions.
- Develop engaging instructional materials like tutorials, digital interactives, and video content.
- Manage project timelines effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- Advocate for the learner by ensuring their needs are central to content development and iteration.
Must have Skills
- Proficiency in adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Skilled in using multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent project management skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in learning and development within fast-paced, tech-centered environments preferred.
