Salary: 90,000 - 100,000/yr based on experience
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a global or multinational setting
• Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and familiarity with global HR best practices
• Proven success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy development
• Experience working with HR systems, tools, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple HR initiatives
• Flexibility to occasionally work across Canadian, Australian, and Philippine time zones
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with Australian and Philippine labor laws
• Experience developing learning and development programs for employees

Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join a growing global technology company in Toronto. This role will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the People & Culture department while collaborating across multiple time zones, including Canada, Australia, and the Philippines. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance within a global or multinational environment.
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for hiring, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. This is a full-time, in-office position in Toronto with occasional flexibility required to accommodate international teams.
