Responsibilities:
- Design, planning, and delivery of technical and company-specific training during the onboarding process
- Planning of mandatory training for the company and ensuring their delivery to the entire organization in collaboration with necessary stakeholders
- Planning of internal and external training programs for the company
- Identify training needs and create annual training programs
- Develop technical knowledge and skills across a variety of industries and human capital areas
- Conduct needs analysis to assess, recommend, design, and deliver training to address performance gaps/talent development needs
- Follow up the new digital learning trends and platforms
- Manage learning vendor process
- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approaches
- Plans, organizes, coordinate comprehensive learning & development solutions accordance with the learning calendar in line with the learning needs analysis and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in sales driven organisations
- A coaching certificate from an accredited institution is a plus
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in designing, planning, and delivering training programs, especially within onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of mandatory training needs and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure company-wide delivery
- Strong analytical skills for conducting needs assessments and identifying performance gaps or talent development needs
